Botello Terms of Use

Thanks for playing Botello. These terms are short on purpose.
The app
Botello is a spin-the-bottle Truth or Dare game played with friends, couples, or family around one phone. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. The questions, dares, and app content are ours (or our licensors') — please don't scrape, resell, or republish them.
Purchases
The premium unlock ("Botello Pro") is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play or the App Store under their payment terms. It's tied to your signed-in account and works on all devices where you use that account. Refunds are handled by the store's standard refund policies.
Be a good table
Some decks contain mature, provocative, or intimate content and are age-gated accordingly (the app is rated 17+). Every truth can be passed and every dare can be skipped — playing is always an invitation, never an obligation. Dares are designed to be safe and silly; use common sense, know your group, and never pressure anyone at your table. You're responsible for choosing decks appropriate for your group.
Accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., attacking our infrastructure or spamming support).
No warranties, limited liability
Botello is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect damages — or for what happens at your table when the bottle picks the one person who always chooses Dare.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date above reflects the current version.
